How do you present properties when compliant financing comes first?

Overview

Riba-free property, in six countries.

Muslimmobilier supports interest-free property purchases, with properties spread across six countries, including the United Arab Emirates. Its positioning is precise, in a market where compliant financing matters as much as the property itself: that criterion guides the whole new home page.

Context & challenges

A criterion the mainstream market ignores.

Investors looking for a riba-free property investment run into a simple problem: general platforms do not deal with this criterion. They have to check for themselves, project by project, which makes the search long and uncertain, even before comparing properties with each other.

So the need was not only to present properties, but to establish, from the moment visitors arrive on the website, that compliance is the starting point and not an option. The client asked us to rethink their home page in order to:

  • State the promise: the benchmark for riba-free property, from the very first screen.
  • Show the reach: one entry point per country, the way investors think.
  • Lead to a conversation: for an investment of this size, conversion happens through a meeting.
Our role

The complete mock-up of the new home page.

We designed the complete mock-up of the new home page, from the promise to the contact form. The site structure sets the reading order; the art direction defines the palette, typography and components that will be used for the launch.

The mock-up was delivered to the client, who is handling the launch on their side. It fixes the sections in their order, the copy, the palette and the components, so that the build starts from a complete reference and the live page stays true to what was designed.

Approach & methodology

The criterion first, the properties second.

The promise is stated on the very first screen, without beating about the bush: the benchmark for riba-free property. That is what qualifies visitors as soon as they arrive, and filters out those for whom this criterion does not matter. It is the page's first filter.

The international coverage is displayed in the same place. An investor discovering the service understands its full reach before even looking at a property, then chooses between buying to live in or investing, before entering by country. The page follows the investor's path:

  1. The promise: “The benchmark for riba-free property”, available in six countries, with the featured investment of the moment.
  2. Two intentions: buying to live in, or investing.
  3. The countries: a visual entry point for each country of sale.
  4. The guarantees: ethics, trust and simplicity, then how interest-free payment works.
Solutions & art direction

A calm palette for an important decision.

For a decision of this scale, trust matters more than effect. The grey-green palette stays calm and leaves room for the properties and the explanations, on a subject where investors first expect clarity about financing.

How interest-free payment works is explained in accordions: investment without bank interest, staged payments, no traditional loan. Visitors open the questions that concern them, then find the form and contact details at the bottom of the page to book a meeting.

  • A soothing grey-green: for a subject where trust matters more than effect.
  • One entry point per country: visuals that open the search by territory.
  • Explanatory accordions: investment without bank interest, staged payments, no traditional loan.
  • Direct contact: form and contact details at the bottom of the page, to book a meeting.

Conclusion

A mock-up that filters rather than casting a wide net.

The new home page speaks to a specific audience, with its own vocabulary and criteria. It does not try to appeal to everyone: it sets out the financing criterion on the very first screen and makes that precision its starting point.

The mock-up was delivered to the client, who is preparing the launch on their side. It covers the whole page, from the promise to the contact form, including the country entry points and the explanation of interest-free payment.

What you might be thinking

Too expensive compared with what? A website that does not convert costs you lost quotes every month. Hours spent re-entering data, chasing and searching for a file cost just as much, without ever showing up on an invoice. Our prices are stated before we start, and you can judge the work before committing: a trial mock-up at €390 for a website, a scoping session at €490 for software, both deducted from the project. We do not start anything until that calculation seems obvious to you.

The right time is before you are overwhelmed, not during. A website is delivered in 14 days. For software, the timeline is fixed in writing at the scoping session. In both cases, we take on most of the work. And if you are going through a busy period, we plan the start date with you rather than rushing you.

If your website brings you regular enquiries and your tools keep up, keep them. If your team juggles spreadsheets, emails and paperwork, or if you no longer dare to show your website, it is quietly costing you. The first call is there to tell you honestly whether it is better to keep, improve or rebuild. Sometimes we advise a simple touch-up rather than a full project.

At first, yes. After that, you pay a per-user subscription that rises as your team grows, for a tool that imposes its own way of working and of which you only use a part. Custom software does what you need, nothing more, and it belongs to you. It is the same reasoning as with business premises: renting costs less in the first month, rarely over ten years.

That is why everything is written down before we start: what we deliver, at what price, by when. A single point of contact, steps approved one by one and 30 days of iterations included. Nothing is coded before you approve it. You keep every project document, and nothing important is decided verbally.

We need a scoping call, a few approvals and your content. For software, we start from the way you work today: you show it to us, we turn it into a tool. You decide, we build. In practice, most of your time goes into the scoping session, and the approvals after that are short.

You approve the mock-ups before any development, and you get 30 days of iterations included from the date the quote is signed. We keep reworking until you approve, within the scope agreed together, with no charge for revisions. And if the art direction does not suit you, we rework it before writing a single line of code.

No. Your website and your software belong to you, code and data included. You are trained to use them, and another professional can take over if you decide to. Access details, hosting and documentation are handed over to you on delivery, with nothing held back.

You choose. We can handle everything, hosting, backups and updates, or hand you the keys so that your usual provider can take care of it. Either way, access is in your name from day one, and you can change your mind along the way.

That is planned for. Custom software can be changed: we add a step, a field, a role, without rebuilding everything. Each change is priced separately and you decide whether it is worth the cost. That is the difference with an off-the-shelf tool, where you wait for the vendor to have the same idea as you.

Often, yes. We start by looking at what exists: what holds up, what is worth keeping, what costs more to fix than to rebuild. That is exactly what the scoping session is for, and sometimes it concludes that there is not much to throw away.
