Industry: Air conditioning & HVAC

Air conditioning & HVAC: the website that reassures your B2B clients.

Air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, heating, energy efficiency: a website that matches the quality of your installations, to win commercial and industrial contracts.

★★★★★ 4.8/5 on Google · more than 100 projects delivered

Why now

Your contracts are won on technical trust

Developers, store operators, manufacturers, managing agents: your clients entrust you with critical installations. Before signing for an installation or a maintenance contract, they check who you are, your references and your certifications. Online, first.

In practice

What your website must do for your HVAC business

Four situations we often come across in your line of work, and what your website changes in each one.

Situation 01

References by project type

Your best installations, retail spaces, logistics hubs, office buildings, are visible nowhere. A client has no way of gauging your capacity.

Our answer

Project sheets by type of installation

  • installed capacity
  • types of equipment
  • deadlines met
  • photos of installations

What it changesThe client checks in two minutes that you have already handled a case like theirs, and asks you to tender.

Situation 02

Maintenance contracts given their due

Maintenance is your recurring revenue, but it appears nowhere: your clients only think of you when something breaks down.

Our answer

Clear contract pages

  • plans
  • response time commitments
  • on-call service
  • remote monitoring
  • scope covered

What it changesMaintenance is sold from the moment of installation, and your recurring revenue grows contract by contract.

Situation 03

Capturing emergencies properly

A refrigeration or air conditioning breakdown: the client searches in a hurry. If you do not show up, a competitor takes the call, and sometimes the contract that follows.

Our answer

A dedicated breakdown journey

  • visible phone number
  • service areas
  • response times
  • priority form and local SEO on emergency searches

What it changesEmergency calls come to you, and turn into maintenance contracts.

Situation 04

Certifications front and centre

Refrigerant handling certificate, RGE, QualiPAC, electrical authorisations: costly to obtain and invisible online.

Our answer

A complete, up-to-date certifications page, linked to the relevant services and to grant applications.

What it changesCompliance reassures buyers, unlocks grant-funded projects and justifies your prices.

A single point of contact, from the first mock-up to go-live.

Depending on your business

Commercial, retail, industrial: one site per audience

An air conditioning installer and an HVAC engineering company are not chosen by the same decision-makers. The site speaks to each of them.

The website's goal

Be consulted to equip offices, shops and buildings open to the public.

Who looks at it

Building managers, SME owners, retail chains, project managers.

Key pages

Commercial references, VRF and split systems, thermal study, quote request.

What triggers contact

An installation in a comparable building and a clear timeframe for the study.

They talk about their experience

What our clients remember: listening, deadlines met, and a result that reflects who they are.

Six steps to your HVAC website

In HVAC, an installation is sized before it is fitted. Your website follows the same logic: each step is calculated, written up and approved by you.

Step 01

The discovery call

For thirty minutes, you tell us about your commercial and industrial jobs, your servicing contracts and how a breakdown call is handled. We tell you frankly what we think, with no commitment.

Step 02

Sizing the project

Our sizing document lists references by type of installation, contract pages, the breakdown journey and, if you wish, a call-out schedule for your technicians. It prices each element.

Step 03

Screen mock-ups

Installation sheet, maintenance contract page, emergency form: you see every screen before any code is written. Your technicians can give their opinion, and we adjust.

Step 04

Building it step by step

We develop the site and the call-out schedule in several stages, on a demo environment you can open whenever you like. Nothing moves forward without your go-ahead.

Step 05

Commissioning

Your reference installations are imported, the breakdown form is tested all the way to the notification on the on-call phone, and old pages are redirected. Your teams then learn to keep the site up to date.

Step 06

Website maintenance

Just like your servicing contracts, follow-up is planned: security updates, new reference pages, changes to the schedule when your organisation changes.

The honest question

The industry is growing, your image must keep up

Heat pumps, energy renovation, commercial refrigeration: demand is soaring and buyers are becoming more professional. Tenders now involve systematic online checks, even for technical packages.

At the same time, the best technicians choose their employer. A visible, credible HVAC company that is proud of its jobs wins on both fronts: contracts and recruitment.

  1. 01
A growing marketEnergy demand is driving the whole industry.
  2. 02
Demanding buyersReferences and compliance checked before any tender.
  3. 03
The war for talentTechnicians judge the company by its image.
  4. 04
Recurring revenue firstVisible maintenance feeds stable turnover.

Your questions as an HVAC company

Yes: the scoping session includes interviews with your project managers so we use the right terms: types of installation, capacities, standards. You approve all content before it goes live.

Yes. A tool designed for you can, for example, schedule preventive maintenance by site and by piece of equipment, keep refrigerant records and have service reports signed on site, on a tablet. The exact content is decided during the scoping session.

Two starting points: €1,490 for a redesign, €2,490 for a new site. For an HVAC company, the budget varies with the number of branches and areas to rank in, and the depth of the technical pages by type of installation. No overruns: the price quoted is fixed.

Yes. Client sites, equipment and contracts can be imported from your spreadsheets or your old software. The tool can then connect to your calendar and your accounting, to avoid entering things twice.

Yes: pages for each branch with their areas, teams and references, on a consistent shared base, with local SEO for each location. Each branch is found in its own area.

Yes. Your equipment base, refrigerant records and service reports remain your property, as does the code, with no per-technician licence. The fixed price is set during the scoping session, before any commitment. Further developments are then decided when you need them.
