Industry: Road freight transport

Road haulier: the website that proves you are reliable before the first load.

Parcel and pallet delivery, chartering, full or part loads: a website that shows your fleet, your areas and your transport licence, so shippers can commit with confidence.

★★★★★ 4.8/5 on Google · more than 100 projects delivered

Why now

In B2B, if you are invisible you are not asked to quote

A shipper looking for a haulier checks before getting in touch: fleet, capacities, areas, licence. Without a website, that check is impossible, and the request goes to whoever shows their resources.

In practice

What your website must do for the haulier

Four situations we often come across in your line of work, and what your website changes in each one.

Situation 01

Parcels and part loads

Regular senders of parcels and single pallets look for a clear framework: lead times, areas, collection terms.

Our answer

A parcels page with your rounds, your indicative lead times and a structured quote request.

What it changesSmall regular flows, the most profitable per kilometre, arrive qualified.

Situation 02

Full loads and chartering

For a full truck, the shipper wants guarantees: equipment, insurance, licence, responsiveness.

Our answer

A page dedicated to full loads and chartering, with your own resources and your contractual framework.

What it changesYou are approached directly instead of being put in blind competition on a freight exchange.

Situation 03

Fleet and capacities

Rigid trucks, semi-trailers, tail lifts, flatbeds: without details of your resources, nobody can tell whether you can take the load.

Our answer

Your fleet presented by vehicle and body type, with payloads and equipment.

What it changesThe shipper confirms feasibility on their own, and out-of-scope requests disappear.

Situation 04

Regular routes and areas

Your daily routes are your best margin, and nobody knows you run them.

Our answer

One page per regular route and per area served, with frequencies.

What it changesReturn loads and extra drops come to you instead of being chased by phone.

A single point of contact, from the first mock-up to go-live.

Depending on your business

Loads, parcels, specialist: your freight

A shipper looking for a full load and a business sending parcels do not ask the same questions. Each activity has its own quote request.

The website's goal

Receive quote requests with weight, volume, collection and delivery.

Who looks at it

Industrial shippers, logistics providers, freight forwarders, charterers.

Key pages

Services, fleet, areas covered, licence, structured quote request.

What triggers contact

A quote form that asks the right questions from the start.

They talk about their experience

What our clients remember: listening, deadlines met, and a result that reflects who they are.

Six steps, load secured

No freight leaves without a consignment note. Neither does your website: scope, price and steps are recorded in writing, and each step waits for your approval.

Step 01

The discovery call

Parcels, chartering, full or part loads: we spend thirty minutes on your fleet, your areas and the way a quote request reaches you. A clear opinion, with no obligation afterwards.

Step 02

The quotes scoping session

We detail the structured quote request, the fleet and areas served pages and, if it helps you, software to track quotes and rounds. The price of each element is known in advance.

Step 03

Quote mock-ups

The freight form, with type of goods, weight and dimensions, and the fleet page are designed first. Your operations team confirms that a request filled in this way can be priced without chasing, otherwise we rework it.

Step 04

Development leg by leg

The website and the quoting tool are delivered leg after leg, on a trial version open to your operations team. Each leg waits for your approval before the next.

Step 05

Launch

The fleet and areas are loaded, a test quote travels from the request to your operations team, and your transport licence is clearly visible. After the Google profile and the logins, your planners are trained.

Step 06

Support over time

A new area served, a new vehicle in the fleet, a new type of goods: the website and the quoting tool are adapted, and we continue to maintain them.

The honest question

A regular account is worth more than a single job

Haulage does well when trucks run full and regularly. Yet the freight exchange only sells one-off jobs, at the day's market price, and everything starts again the next day.

Regular accounts, on the other hand, are won by inspiring trust in a shipper who is discovering you. That is the website's role: show your resources, frame requests, prove your professionalism before the first contact. Does your business serve private individuals more than shippers? Removals has its own page.

The fleet is your shop windowResources that can be checked online remove half the questions.

Your questions as a haulier

The exchange fills the gaps, and it does that well. But every load on it is put out to competition again. The website works on the other half of the trade: shippers looking for a regular haulier, who check before committing.

Yes. A custom tool can, for example, enter and track transport orders, schedule drivers and vehicles, and invoice with proof of delivery attached. It is designed around your actual rounds, not a standard template.

For a haulier, the scope depends on the pages per type of transport (refrigerated, abnormal loads, parcels) and the quote form. The price starts at €1,490 for a redesign and €2,490 for a new website. It is fixed: once stated, it does not change.

This is looked at during the scoping session, depending on what these tools can exchange. Your clients, rates and usual rounds can be imported from your spreadsheets, and invoicing can be sent to your accounting software.

Yes, to a useful level: vehicle types, body types, payloads, equipment. The shipper can then confirm feasibility without calling you. Sensitive information, such as registration numbers or locations, does not need to appear.

Yes, with a business tool behind it: a quote requested on the website can arrive in the tool, and a shipper area can show the status of their consignments and their documents.
