POS and kiosk resellers: your installed base, your subscriptions and your call-outs on one screen.

NF525-certified tills, ordering kiosks, card terminals, CCTV and alarms: an application that tracks every item installed, every contract and every call-out, built around the way you work.

What keeps your business going

Your revenue is decided after installation

A till is sold once. What keeps your business going is the months that follow: the licence, the maintenance, the rental, the remote monitoring. As long as that installed base lives in a spreadsheet and in your technicians’ memory, every forgotten renewal and every badly handled fault can send a client to a competitor.

In practice

What your application should do for your installed base

Four situations we often come across in your line of work, and what your application changes for each one.

Situation 01

The installed base in a spreadsheet

Which kiosk at which client, which serial number, still under warranty or not: someone has to search a spreadsheet, and the answer comes after the client has hung up.

Our answer

The client record and its installed base

  • serial number
  • installation date
  • end of warranty
  • call-outs per machine

What it changesWhen the client calls, their equipment, warranties and the history of each machine are right in front of you.

Situation 02

Five subscriptions for one client

Till software, maintenance, rental, order connector, remote monitoring: knowing who pays for what, who is late and which rental ends next month takes time. A missed date is a client leaving for a competitor.

Our answer

Subscriptions and renewals in one place

  • subscriptions per client
  • recurring billing
  • unpaid reminders
  • end-of-rental and warranty alerts

What it changesUnpaid invoices are chased without anyone having to think about it, and every renewal is prepared before the date.

Situation 03

The fault arrives on WhatsApp

Phone, text, WhatsApp: is the fault blocking, what deadline was promised, which technician is going? It all relies on someone’s memory.

Our answer

Call-out tracking and the client portal

  • blocking or not
  • deadline shown
  • technician assigned
  • fault reported by the retailer

What it changesYou no longer promise responsiveness, you prove it: the retailer reports a fault in a few seconds and sees the call-out progress.

Situation 04

Payments and security, with no overall view

You sell tills and security systems to the same retailers, but nothing shows who has what. Your recurring revenue, your lost clients and your most profitable clients cannot be read anywhere.

Our answer

The owner’s dashboard

  • this month’s recurring revenue
  • unpaid invoices
  • contracts to renew
  • this week’s call-outs

What it changesClients with a till but no security system, and the reverse, are listed: your next sales are already there.

A single point of contact, from scoping to go-live.

Depending on your business

An application shaped around your installed base

An ordering kiosk and an alarm panel are not followed up the same way. The application uses your equipment types, your contracts and your deadlines.

What you track

Tills, printers, cash drawers and software licences, site by site.

Typical contracts

Till software licence, maintenance, support.

The date that matters

Licence renewal and the end of the hardware warranty.

What the application changes

When the client calls, the right equipment and the right contract are found straight away.

Your application, step by step

No development without a written plan. Each step is described and priced in writing, and we wait for your go-ahead before starting the next one.

Step 01

The discovery call

We take thirty minutes to talk about your installed base, your contracts and how you track call-outs today. The call does not commit you to anything.

Step 02

The scoping session

We list your equipment, your contract types, your call-out deadlines and the screens each person needs. The scope and the price are written down. The scoping session is fully deducted if the project goes ahead.

Step 03

The mock-ups

The client record, the call-out screen and the dashboard are mocked up and shown to the people who will use them: office, technicians, management. Coding starts once the mock-ups are approved.

Step 04

Development

We build the application module by module. You test each batch on your real cases before moving to the next.

Step 05

Go-live

We import your installed base spreadsheet, your clients and your current contracts, put the application live and train your teams, in the office and on the road.

Step 06

Follow-up

New equipment, new contract, new rule: the application evolves with you as part of the subscription. The 30 days of iterations start when the quote is signed.

The honest question

Do your clients have several outlets?

Your clients in a network or a franchise face the same thing you do, at their scale: outlets to follow, figures to consolidate, standards to enforce.

You can recommend our management applications to them. We build the tool for their network, around their business, and it sits on top of the tills you install, without replacing them.

Your questions as a reseller

No. The application replaces neither the tills you install, nor your till software, nor your accounting. It tracks what happens around them: the installed base, the contracts, the renewals and the call-outs. If a tool you already use works for you, we look at scoping whether it can be connected.

Yes. Your installed base spreadsheet, your client list and your current contracts are imported at the start. We check them with you during scoping, so the application starts from a sound base.

The timeline is written at scoping, module by module, together with the scope. We work in short steps: you use a first version, for example the installed base and renewals, before everything is finished. Meanwhile, your current tools stay in place.

The code and the data remain yours. The subscription can be cancelled any month, with 30 days’ notice. If you stop it, the application keeps running on your own hosting: you only lose the fixes and improvements we were providing.

The Essential plan starts at €4,900 for setup with two modules, then €290 per month. Modules from our price list are added at a fixed price: client portal €1,900, invoicing and payments €1,900, team scheduling and hours €1,200. Modules specific to your business, such as the installed base or subscriptions, are each added individually, from €1,200: the exact price is set at scoping. The scoping session is invoiced at €490 and fully deducted if the project goes ahead. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Details on the pricing page and the custom business software page.

Yes. Once the application is in place, we can build the website that brings in enquiries from retailers. Those enquiries then land directly in the application, with no re-keying.
