Not with a properly configured API integration: the business offers from OpenAI and Anthropic do not, by default, use the data sent to train their models. We check these terms with you and limit what is transmitted to the strict minimum.
Models are billed by usage, according to the volume of text processed. We estimate this cost on your real volumes before launch, and choose the right model for each task: a lighter model is often enough for sorting or summarising.
Yes, that is the point of the integration: the AI fits into what your team already uses (email, CRM, ticketing tool, shared documents). Your staff keep their habits and find help where they already work.
It can get things wrong, and the integration takes that into account: for sensitive uses, a person approves before sending, and answers are based on your documents with the source cited. We test on your real cases before go-live to spot typical errors.
