Before automating, we look at how information flows between your tools. Each workflow is described, tested and approved by you before it runs on its own.
Step 01
Follow-ups, double entry, exports, invoices to prepare: we review your repetitive tasks for thirty minutes. With no commitment, you see what automates well in your business.
Step 02
We describe each workflow, its trigger, the connected tools (CRM, email, spreadsheet or invoicing) and what it produces. The price is written down before you sign.
Step 03
You see each scenario drawn node by node before anything is connected. You check the rules and exceptions, we adjust, you approve.
Step 04
We build the workflows one by one, with error handling and alerts. You test them on your real data and approve each one before the next begins.
Step 05
We activate the workflows in production, monitor the first runs with you and hand over the access. Documentation and training allow your team to develop them further.

That is the weak point of any automation, and we deal with it from the design stage: each workflow reports its errors instead of failing silently. If a tool changes how it works, the alert arrives quickly and the fix is usually limited to the link concerned.
N8N can be hosted on a server you control, which keeps your data in your hands and avoids a bill that climbs with every run. For a very simple need, another tool might be enough, and we will tell you so.
It depends on the hosting chosen. With self-hosted N8N, data flows between your tools and your server, with no intermediate platform. If a workflow calls on a third-party service, we tell you before setting it up.
We do, if you wish, with follow-up after go-live. Each workflow is also documented and your team is trained: someone comfortable with your tools can rerun an execution or adjust a field without waiting for us.
