Industry: Construction & structural work

Construction & structural work: the website that reassures your clients.

General contractors, subcontractors: an online presence that matches the standard of your sites, for private and public contracts alike.

★★★★★ 4.8/5 on Google · more than 100 projects delivered

Why now

Your company gets checked before anyone signs

Public or private contracts, the mechanism is the same: before awarding, they check. References, certifications, insurance, the company's financial health. Your website is the first place where that check happens.

In practice

What your website needs to do for your projects

Four situations we often come across in your line of work, and what your website changes in each one.

Situation 01

The project portfolio

Your biggest projects only exist as internal photos. A client has no way of measuring your real capacity.

Our answer

Structured project sheets

  • type of works
  • floor area
  • deadline met
  • client
  • photos of key phases

What it changesYour capacity can be seen in two minutes, and your technical submissions gain a public showcase.

Situation 02

Certifications up front

Qualibat, RGE, safety certifications: your qualifications are expensive to maintain but remain invisible.

Our answer

A qualifications and commitments page

  • up-to-date certifications
  • insurance
  • safety and environmental approach

What it changesCompliance becomes a selling point instead of an administrative line item.

Situation 03

The two enquiry paths

Private customers and professionals come in through the same door: enquiries get mixed up and handled badly.

Our answer

Two separate paths

  • professional tender requests on one side
  • private quote requests on the other
  • each with its own fields

What it changesEach enquiry arrives qualified in the right place, and sales follow-up becomes simple.

Situation 04

Recruiting skilled workers

Skilled labour is in short supply, and candidates judge the company on its image before applying.

Our answer

A lively careers area

  • trades
  • ongoing projects
  • benefits
  • simple application from a phone

What it changesMore applications, better targeted, without relying solely on temping agencies.

A single point of contact, from the first mock-up to go-live.

Depending on your business

An answer tailored to each company

A general contractor and a trade subcontractor are not invited to tender by the same clients. The website speaks to the people who choose you.

The website's goal

Being shortlisted in tenders by showing you can manage a complete project.

Who looks at it

Developers, private clients, public buyers, project managers.

Key pages

References by type of structure, qualifications, resources, site organisation.

What triggers contact

References of the same scale and verifiable qualifications.

They talk about their experience

What our clients remember: listening, deadlines met, and a result that reflects who they are.

Your construction website, phase by phase

No works without a construction plan. For your website, each phase is described and priced in writing, and we wait for your green light before starting the next.

Step 01

The discovery call

We take thirty minutes to talk about public contracts, private contracts and clients, and to see how your tender responses currently rely on the web. The conversation commits you to nothing.

Step 02

Scoping the project pages

Project sheets, a qualifications page, separate professional and private enquiries, perhaps quote-tracking software: everything is listed and priced in a document that you sign only if it suits you.

Step 03

The project sheet mock-ups

You see a sample project sheet, the insurance page and the enquiry path before any code. Your site managers can comment, and we adjust until it is approved.

Step 04

Building in packages

We build the website package by package, like a construction schedule: structure, project sheets, forms. You sign off each package before we move on to the next.

Step 05

Handing over the website

Your completed projects are imported, the old website redirects to the new one and your Google listing is up to date. We test everything together, then your teams learn to add a completed project.

Step 06

Support after handover

A new qualification, a new branch, a new type of contract: we develop the website and maintain it, like servicing after a building is handed over.

The honest question

Does a website really matter in construction?

More and more: clients check their subcontractors, private customers compare companies, and candidates judge the employer. Three audiences, one place where it all happens.

Our conviction: in an industry where websites are rare or dated, a clean presence is a disproportionate advantage. It is the digital equivalent of a well-kept site: people notice.

  1. 01
Proof through projectsFloor areas, deadlines, photos of phases.
  2. 02
Visible complianceCertifications and insurance up front.
  3. 03
Two enquiry pathsProfessional and private kept separate.
  4. 04
Built-in recruitmentA flow of applications that belongs to you.
We can hear you from here.

Your questions as a construction company

It does not replace the technical submission, but it is consulted during the assessment: clean public references and visible certifications make your bid more credible.

Yes. A custom tool can, for example, let staff log hours per site from their phone, prepare progress valuations based on progress and schedule teams and equipment over the week. It follows your organisation, rather than imposing that of generic software.

We start from €1,490 when a website already exists, and from €2,490 when everything has to be created. What changes the quote in construction: the number of project references, pages per trade and the dual path for private and professional customers. A fixed price, known before signing.

Not necessarily. If your quoting software suits you, the tool can connect to it to pick up signed quotes and turn them into projects. Your existing timesheet spreadsheets and schedules can also be imported at the start.

Yes, it is even recommended: two separate paths with their own forms and their own arguments, so you receive qualified enquiries from both sides, without mixing the audiences.

Yes. Quote requests from the website can go straight into the tool, applications too, and a completed project can be published on the website without re-entering anything. Nothing gets copied from one screen to another.
