Good tools make good teams. When yours doesn't exist off the shelf, we build it: no bloated system, no throwaway prototype.
A useful first version rather than a bloated system: scoped, mocked up, developed in stages.
A first version that does one thing well, accessible to your users.

Every screen designed and tested before development.

What gets done now, next, later: a scope written down and kept to.

Documented, with all your access, so you can develop the application with whoever you like.

A single point of contact, from the first mock-up to go-live.

A SaaS launches on a clear scope and a sound technical foundation. Features, screens and the launch version are decided with you before the first line of code.

You present your idea, your future users and the problem your SaaS needs to solve, during a thirty-minute call with no commitment. If an existing tool already does the job, we say so.

We write the launch scope: sign-up, key features, subscriptions, roles and integrations, with the price. What is held over for the next version is noted separately.

You click through the prototype as a future customer would, from sign-up to daily use. Your comments are built in and nothing is developed until you give the go-ahead.

We build the SaaS in functional batches, on an architecture ready to grow. Each batch is delivered to you in staging for approval before we start the next.

We put the SaaS into production, test sign-ups, payments and emails with you, then hand over the access. You are trained to administer the platform.

Feedback from your first customers comes in. We handle maintenance and hosting, and develop the improvements you prioritise, version after version.
Not always. Here is how to decide honestly.
In those cases, we will tell you on the first call.

The software we use every day at Widesign.
Contacts, follow-ups, quotes and invoices lived in five different tools. We built our own software to bring them together.

contact@widesign.frIt depends on the scope, which is exactly why we scope first: you leave the call with a clear scope and a fixed price, before any commitment.
No, and that is often what derails a project. We identify the core value, what your first users would pay for, and launch with that. The rest is built afterwards, guided by real usage rather than assumptions.
Yes: we can sign a confidentiality agreement before the first detailed discussion. The code, mock-ups and intellectual property produced for your SaaS belong to you, and we do not reuse your concept for anyone else.
Yes, billing is part of the product: plans, trial period, recurring payment, invoices, cancellation. We integrate a recognised payment provider rather than reinventing this building block, which limits the risks and the compliance burden.
The technical foundation is chosen so it can grow without rewriting everything. We don't oversize from the outset, which would be expensive for nothing, but we avoid choices that would block scaling up the day your product finds its audience.
