The discovery call

Research, sorting, writing, follow-up: in thirty minutes, we identify the tasks that are still done by hand in your business. With no commitment, you find out whether an agent really makes sense.

Step 02

The tasks and access scoping session

We write down what the agent will do, the tools it will be able to read, the rules it must follow and the cases where a human takes over. The price is set before you sign.

Step 03

The agent's scenario

Before coding, you see the agent's process action by action, with examples of inputs and outputs. You correct its rules, we adjust, you approve.

Step 04

Building the agent

We connect the agent to your tools, write its instructions and set up its activity log. You test each building block on real cases before moving on to the next.

Step 05

Supervised go-live

The agent starts on a limited scope, which we monitor with you. We document how it works and train your team to read the log and take back control.

Long, rule-based tasks: monitoring, qualifying requests, preparing files, follow-up. We start with a specific, measurable and supervised process.

A chatbot answers questions. An agent acts: it reads a file, fetches information from your tools, drafts a reply or updates a record, chaining several steps according to the rules you have set.

At the start, we do not recommend it. Sensitive actions, such as sending something to a client or changing data, go through human approval. Once the agent has proven itself on a given scope, you can decide to give it more autonomy.

It stops and flags the case, instead of improvising. We define with you the situations where it must hand over, and every action is logged: you can review what it did, and why, at any time.

Only the data its task needs. We create dedicated access for it, with limited and revocable rights, rather than lending it an administrator account. The list of what it can read, write or send is written down in black and white.
