Franchise networks

Franchise networks: your concept applied everywhere, every outlet followed every evening.

Large networks have heavy tools, built for them. We build the application sized to your network, around its business: visits, figures, royalties and documents in one place.

The market

A growing model, tools that need to keep up

In 2025, France had 2,035 franchise networks, 93,395 franchised outlets and €93.71 billion in revenue, up 4.9%. For a young or growing network, every opening adds visits, figures and royalties to track, with tools designed for much larger networks.

In practice

What your application should do for your network

Four situations from the core shared by every network, and what your application changes for each one.

Situation 01

Standards that slip

A franchisee stops applying the standards. Visits are done on paper or by email, each field manager has their own checklist, reports go out late and corrective actions are never followed up. You find out once the brand has already suffered.

Our answer

Field visits

  • shared checklist on the phone
  • photos
  • dated and signed report
  • action plan followed

What it changesAn alert goes out as soon as a point slips from one visit to the next, and every action is followed through to closure.

Situation 02

Figures in every format

Each outlet sends its figures its own way, and consolidating the network takes evenings of spreadsheets. As a multi-unit franchisee, you juggle your sites and your teams with no overall view.

Our answer

The network dashboard

  • revenue by outlet and by period
  • comparison between outlets
  • customer reviews
  • franchisees to support

What it changesEvery evening, you know which outlet needs you, with nothing consolidated by hand.

Situation 03

Royalties by hand

Royalties are calculated by hand from declared revenue, outlet by outlet. A franchisee in difficulty is spotted late, often at the first late payment.

Our answer

Royalty calculation and tracking

  • automatic calculation
  • payment tracking
  • reminders

What it changesA delay shows up the day it appears, and the conversation with the franchisee starts earlier.

Situation 04

Documents and openings that get lost

Procedures, news and documents circulate between emails and messaging apps, and every opening project is tracked in a different file.

Our answer

The franchisee hub and opening tracking

  • up-to-date documents
  • announcements with read receipts
  • openings step by step

What it changesYou know who has read the new procedure, and where each opening stands.

A single point of contact, from scoping to go-live.

Depending on your network’s business

Built around your network’s business

The core is the same for every network. Around it, we build the module for your business. Two typical situations, presented as examples, with no real names.

On the ground

Windscreens and glazing: mobile jobs by area, technician scheduling, driver-assistance recalibrations to record.

The dedicated module

Payment comes from insurers, through assignment of claim: every file is tracked by outlet and by insurer.

What is tracked

Signed, invoiced, paid, part-paid, disputed. Amounts outstanding and the average delay per insurer are shown, and reminders go out on their own.

What it changes

The evidence is stored in each file: before and after photos, signed assignment, quote. A dispute is settled with the documents in the file.

Describe my project

Does your network do something else? The core stays the same, and we build the module for your business around it.

Your application, step by step

No development without a written plan. Each step is described and priced in writing, and we wait for your go-ahead before starting the next one.

Step 01

The discovery call

We take thirty minutes to talk about your network, your visits, your figures and your royalties. The call does not commit you to anything.

Step 02

The scoping session

We start from your concept: your standards, your visit checklist, your indicators, how your royalties are calculated. The scope and the price are written down before anything is signed. The scoping session is fully deducted if the project goes ahead.

Step 03

The mock-ups

The visit checklist, the network dashboard and the franchisee hub are mocked up and shown to your field managers and a few franchisees. Coding starts once the mock-ups are approved.

Step 04

Development

We build the application module by module. You test each batch on your real outlets before moving to the next.

Step 05

Go-live

We import your spreadsheets and documents, open the application to a first group of outlets, then to the whole network. Field managers and franchisees are trained.

Step 06

Follow-up

New outlet, new standard, new royalty rule: the application evolves with the network as part of the subscription. The 30 days of iterations start when the quote is signed.

The honest question

Why not the tool large networks use?

Large networks have heavy tools, built for their size, their teams and their budget. For a network of a few to a few dozen outlets, they impose features you do not need and a way of working that is not yours.

Our conviction: the tool should follow your concept, not the other way round. We build the application sized to your network, and it grows with it.

We can hear you from here.

Your questions as a network head

No. The application sits on top of your outlets’ tills and software, without replacing them. It brings together what you need to manage the network: visits, figures, royalties, documents. Figures can be entered by each outlet or imported, and a direct connection to an existing tool is looked at during scoping.

Yes. Your tracking spreadsheets, your visit checklists, your list of outlets and your documents are imported at the start. We check them with you during scoping, so the application starts from a sound base.

The timeline is written at scoping, module by module, together with the scope. We work in short steps: a first group of outlets uses a first version, for example visits and the dashboard, before everything is finished. Meanwhile, your current tools stay in place.

The code and the data remain yours. The subscription can be cancelled any month, with 30 days’ notice. If you stop it, the application keeps running on your own hosting: you only lose the fixes and improvements we were providing.

No. With a few outlets, habits are still easy to set: a shared visit checklist and consolidated figures from the first openings save you from catching up on years of spreadsheets later. The application starts small and grows with the network.

Yes. The core, with visits, figures per outlet, royalties, the franchisee hub and openings, serves every network. At scoping, we build the module specific to your business around it, such as insurer file tracking in automotive glazing.

The Essential plan starts at €4,900 for setup with two modules, then €290 per month, with no per-outlet pricing. Modules from our price list are added at a fixed price: invoicing and payments €1,900, team scheduling and hours €1,200. Modules specific to your network, such as the franchisee hub or insurer file tracking, are each added individually, from €1,200: the exact price is set at scoping. The scoping session is invoiced at €490 and fully deducted if the project goes ahead. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
