Are the prices shown final?

They are starting prices. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). The exact price is set in writing at the scoping session for an application, after the trial mock-up for a website, before any development. It only goes up if you ask for something outside the agreed scope, and you approve that extra beforehand.

Why a subscription for an application, and not for a website?

An application has to be hosted, fixed and maintained continuously: the subscription covers that service. A website does not need it to work, so maintenance remains an option.

What happens if I stop the subscription?

You keep the code and all your data. The application keeps running on your own hosting. You only lose the hosting, fixes and improvements we provided.

Does the price depend on the number of users?

No. User accounts are unlimited in every plan, with no per-user price.

What is the scoping session for?

It sets out in writing the plan, the list of modules and the fixed price. It costs €490, deducted from the first payment if the project goes ahead. It is the only commitment asked of you at the start.

Can we start small and add modules later?

Yes. Each module, integration or automation can be added individually, at the price shown here, when you need it.

Q: How does payment work?

For a website: 50% on signature, 50% on delivery. For an application or a bundle: 40% on signature, 30% on approval of the mock-ups, 30% on delivery. The trial mock-up and the scoping session are deducted from the first payment.
