Industry: Specialist schools

Specialist schools: the website that fills your intakes.

Bootcamps, private schools, degree programmes: a website that reassures students and parents, and turns interest into applications.

★★★★★ 4.8/5 on Google · more than 100 projects delivered

Why now

Enrolment is a decision made by several people

A student considering your school brings parents along, sometimes an employer or a funder. Each of them visits your website with their own questions: career prospects, supervision, cost, recognition. The site must answer them all.

In practice

What your website must do for the school

Four situations we often come across in your line of work, and what your website changes in each one.

Situation 01

The complete programme page

Your PDF brochures contain everything, but nobody downloads them. The website, meanwhile, stays vague.

Our answer

One page per programme

  • content
  • schedule
  • prerequisites
  • cost and funding
  • career prospects
  • teaching method

What it changesStudents and parents find their answers without downloading a PDF, and apply sooner.

Situation 02

Proof through alumni

Your graduates succeed, but that proof only exists in your internal statistics.

Our answer

Alumni profiles, career paths, companies that hire your graduates: proof that is organised and given a human face.

What it changesFamilies' doubts fall away when faced with real, verifiable career paths.

Situation 03

A smooth application

The application file is a PDF to print or an email to write: half of those interested give up.

Our answer

An online journey

  • simple pre-application
  • attachments
  • email follow-up
  • automatic reminders for incomplete applications

What it changesMore complete applications, and an admissions team that processes instead of chasing.

Situation 04

Events that fill up

Open days and information sessions are announced on social media, then forgotten.

Our answer

An events calendar with built-in registration, automatic reminders and dedicated shareable pages.

What it changesFull events, and a list of qualified contacts for admissions.

A single point of contact, from the first mock-up to go-live.

Depending on your business

An approach tailored to each school

A bootcamp and a post-secondary school do not convince the same people. The site answers the questions of the person who chooses, and of the person who pays.

The website's goal

Reassure students and parents about the value of the qualification and job prospects.

Who looks at it

Secondary school students, parents, careers advisers, student fairs.

Key pages

Programmes, qualifications and recognition, admissions, student life, career prospects.

What triggers contact

A clear answer on the recognition of the qualification and an open day.

They talk about their experience

What our clients remember: listening, deadlines met, and a result that reflects who they are.

Your school website in six steps

A new academic year is prepared months in advance, and your website must be ready for the admissions campaign. We fit each step around that calendar and have you approve it.

Step 01

The discovery call

Thirty minutes with your management or your admissions team, to understand your courses, what applicants, parents and funders ask for, and where applications get lost. You commit to nothing.

Step 02

Scoping the programmes

We describe one page per programme, the proof of graduate outcomes, the pre-application and, depending on your needs, software to track applications for admissions. The budget is set before anything is signed.

Step 03

Journey mock-ups

You see an applicant's journey and a parent's journey, screen by screen, before development. Your admissions team comments, and we adjust until they agree.

Step 04

Development by priority

We build the site and application tracking starting with what needs to be ready for your campaign. You approve each milestone on a demo version.

Step 05

Launch before the campaign

All your course pages are imported and a test application goes through the whole process. Once the old site is redirected and accounts are created, your admissions team is trained to track applications.

Step 06

Year-on-year follow-up

New programmes, new session dates, new fields in the application files: we develop the site and software further and handle their maintenance.

The honest question

What do families check before applying?

Three things: the reality of career prospects, the quality of supervision and transparency on costs. If the site dodges even one of these questions, the family looks elsewhere, often at a competing school.

An effective school website answers frankly: detailed programmes, visible alumni, funding explained, a simple application. Transparency is your best recruitment argument.

  1. 01
Career prospects with real facesReal alumni, not vague percentages.
  2. 02
Costs stated openlyFees and funding explained clearly.
  3. 03
A smooth applicationOnline, tracked, followed up.
  4. 04
Three audiences servedStudent, family, funder: each gets their answer.
We can hear you from here.

Your questions as a school

Yes: each programme follows a structured template that your team can manage. Dates, fees and content can be changed in a few clicks, with no technical skills, training included.

Yes. A custom tool can, for example, track each application from pre-registration to admission, follow work-study students and host companies, and manage timetables and lecturers. It follows your admission steps exactly as they exist at your school.

The number of programmes and campuses drives the price of a school website, as does online application submission with attachments. The base is €2,490 for a new site and €1,490 for a redesign, and the amount announced during the scoping session stays fixed.

This is looked at during the scoping session, depending on what your software allows. The tool can complement what you have rather than replace it, exchange admitted applicants' files, and take over the applications or company contacts currently tracked in spreadsheets.

Yes: each programme page is built to capture course-choice searches, with local SEO for your town and your specialisms. Families and future students find you when they are comparing.

Yes. An application submitted on the site, with its attachments, can create the file directly in the tool, and an applicant area can show the status of their application. Work-study vacancies can also be published from the tool to the site.
