The project started from a blank page, with no website and no online presence. The shop had to both introduce a new brand and sell from day one, with a challenge that went beyond the sale: explaining why these terrines rather than others.
A shop is judged on a real order, from basket to dispatch. Our method follows that journey, and each step waits for your agreement before the next.
Step 01
Before any quote, we take thirty minutes, with no commitment, to understand what you sell, to whom and how you ship. If you already sell elsewhere, we also look at what is not working.
Step 02
We write down the catalogue structure, payment methods, delivery zones, VAT rules and the fixed price. Everything is agreed in writing before signing.
Step 03
Product page, basket, order, customer account: each screen is designed and approved on computer and mobile before the build. You see the journey as your customers will experience it.
Step 04
Page build, catalogue import or migration, then payment, delivery and VAT settings: you check each block on staging before we move on to the next.
Step 05
Before opening, we place real test orders with you, from payment to the confirmation email. Training then covers products, stock, promotions and shipping.
Step 06
Updates to WooCommerce and payment plugins, new products, new delivery rules: we remain your point of contact to keep the shop running.
