Industry: Industrial SMEs

Industrial SMEs: your expertise, visible at last.

Mechanical engineering, plastics, metalworking, technical distribution: a website that reassures prime contractors and generates B2B quote requests.

★★★★★ 4.8/5 on Google · more than 100 projects delivered

Why now

Your buyers source online first

Industrial buyers have changed: before the trade show or the phone call, they source on Google. Machine capacities, certifications, batch sizes, lead times: if your website does not answer, you are not even invited to tender.

In practice

What your website must do for the workshop

Four situations we often come across in your line of work, and what your website changes in each one.

Situation 01

The capabilities catalogue

Your production resources are listed in a PDF brochure from 2018. Buyers cannot find them.

Our answer

Structured capability pages

  • processes
  • machines
  • dimensions
  • materials
  • batch sizes
  • tolerances

What it changesThe buyer checks in two minutes that you can produce their part, and asks you to quote.

Situation 02

The technical quote request

Requests for quotes arrive by email with drawings missing: back-and-forth before you can even price.

Our answer

A request-for-quote form with secure drawing upload, quantities, materials and lead times.

What it changesComplete requests from the first submission, ready to price without chasing.

Situation 03

Proof of quality

Your certifications are expensive and appear nowhere. Your quality approach stays internal.

Our answer

A quality page

  • certifications
  • inspections
  • measuring equipment
  • lead-time commitments

What it changesThe reassurance buyers and prime contractors expect, visible before the audit.

Situation 04

Technical recruitment

Operators, setters, technicians: skilled people are scarce and the factory stays invisible to candidates.

Our answer

A careers section that shows the workshop, the machines, career paths and vacancies.

What it changesDirect applications, and a company image that also helps you commercially.

A single point of contact, from the first mock-up to go-live.

Depending on your business

An approach suited to each industry

A machining subcontractor and a plastics manufacturer are not selected on the same criteria. The website shows what the buyer checks.

The website's goal

Be asked by buyers to quote for parts within your real capacities.

Who looks at it

Industrial buyers, methods departments, product engineers.

Key pages

Machine fleet, capacities and tolerances, materials, certifications, request for quote.

What triggers contact

A detailed machine list and a simple way to send drawings.

Six steps, tight tolerances

In industry, nothing goes into production without an approved drawing. Your project follows the same rule: each step is written down, priced and approved by you.

Step 01

The discovery call

Processes, machine fleet, buyers: in thirty minutes, we understand what you make and how a quote request reaches you. You get an outside view without committing.

Step 02

The specification

The specification covers the capability and quality pages, the request for quote with drawing upload and, as an option, quote tracking software. It is priced line by line before any order.

Step 03

The website blueprints

You see every screen before production: process page, machines page, drawing upload form. Your sales rep and your methods department comment, and we correct.

Step 04

Production in stages

The website and the quoting tool go into production one stage after another, on a trial version. You inspect each stage, like a part coming off the machine.

Step 05

Going into production

We import your processes and references, test the secure drawing upload and the routing to the right contact, then set up the redirects. Your teams are trained.

Step 06

Industrial follow-up

A machine arrives in the workshop, a certification is obtained: the capabilities page is updated straight away. We also look after the technical upkeep of the website and the quoting tool.

The honest question

Does industry really need the web?

Buyers have decided: sourcing starts online, even for technical parts. An invisible workshop is not invited to tender, however skilled it is.

The good news: the sector's web standard is low. An SME that properly publishes its capacities, its certifications and a serious channel for requests for quotes gains a real lead in its market.

Your questions as a manufacturer

To diversify: a concentrated client base is a risk. The website captures buyers who source online and reassures those referred to you, who always check before calling.

Yes. A custom tool can, for example, speed up quote pricing based on your calculation rules, track production orders and trace batches and inspections. It complements your current organisation instead of imposing a full management system on you.

Count on €1,490 for a redesign and €2,490 for a new industrial website. A catalogue of expertise and machines, an English version and secure drawing upload widen the scope. Fixed price, agreed before work starts.

Yes, and this is often the most useful case. The tool can exchange data with your ERP when it allows it, and take over the spreadsheets currently used for pricing or tracking. The connections to set up are listed at the scoping session.

Yes: encrypted transfer, access restricted to your teams, and automatic deletion after processing if you wish. Your clients can send their files without going through email.

Yes. Quote requests from the website, drawings included, can arrive in the tool, and a client portal can let clients track their orders. Your clients stay informed without making more calls.
