Industry: Engineering consultancies

Engineering consultancies: technical credibility, online too.

Structural, building services, civil works, environmental: a website that reassures clients and architects before the first tender.

★★★★★ 4.8/5 on Google · more than 100 projects delivered

Why now

Your website is part of the file

Before consulting you, a client or an architect checks your website: references, skills, team, resources. An empty or dated website lets doubt creep in where your technical expertise should reassure.

In practice

What your website needs to do for the consultancy

Four situations we often come across in your line of work, and what your website changes in each one.

Situation 01

References by project type

Your landmark projects are listed in a bid PDF that nobody sees outside tenders.

Our answer

An online reference database

  • project type
  • scope of work
  • value of works
  • client
  • photos

What it changesEvery specifier finds, in two clicks, proof that you have already handled their type of project.

Situation 02

The team & resources page

The people you deal with want to know who does the calculations, with which tools and which insurance. That information exists nowhere.

Our answer

A team and resources page

  • profiles
  • software used
  • qualifications
  • insurance and commitments

What it changesThe reassurance is done before the first conversation, and your tender responses gain public support.

Situation 03

Specialisms that rank

RE2020 thermal studies, timber structures, civil works: your specialist expertise is invisible in specifiers' searches.

Our answer

One page per area of work, precisely written and linked to the matching references.

What it changesYou are found for your specialisms by the architects and clients who are looking for them.

Situation 04

Recruiting engineers

Good candidates are rare and check the company before applying. A weak website drives applications away.

Our answer

A simple careers area

  • flagship projects
  • office culture
  • up-to-date vacancies
  • one-click application

What it changesA credible employer image that supports your recruitment as much as your tenders.

A single point of contact, from the first mock-up to go-live.

Depending on your business

An answer tailored to each type of consultancy

A structural consultancy and a building services consultancy are not consulted by the same people. Each specialism has its own proof and its own pages.

The website's goal

Being consulted by architects and clients on structures of the same kind.

Who looks at it

Architects, clients, general contractors, technical inspectors.

Key pages

References by type of structure, MOP law assignments, team, calculation software.

What triggers contact

A comparable reference (concrete, timber, steel) and clearly described assignments.

They talk about their experience

What our clients remember: listening, deadlines met, and a result that reflects who they are.

Your consultancy website in six steps

An engineering consultancy works from calculation notes and specifications. So do we: each step is written, verifiable and subject to your approval before anything starts.

Step 01

The discovery call

Structural, building services, civil works: in thirty minutes, we go over your specialisms, your specifiers and the tool, spreadsheet or software, that tracks your jobs. You keep our opinion, with no obligation.

Step 02

Scoping the assignments

The scoping document describes the references website, the pages per specialism and, if you want, software to track jobs and hours. Each line has its price, known before signing.

Step 03

The reference mock-ups

You see the project database, filterable by project type and assignment, the specialism pages and any internal screens. Your engineers comment, we correct, you approve.

Step 04

Development by milestones

The website and software are built milestone by milestone, like an assignment broken into phases. You test each deliverable on a dedicated environment before the next one starts.

Step 05

Commissioning

We import your project references, create the team's accounts, set up the redirects and test each filter with you. A hands-on session is planned for your project managers.

Step 06

Technical support

New assignments, new fields in job tracking, security updates: we remain your point of contact to develop the website and software alongside your consultancy.

The honest question

Why do so few consultancies take care of their website?

Because the order book fills up through networking, until the day you need to diversify, recruit or bid for new markets. Then the lack of a credible shop window costs you dearly.

An engineering consultancy website doesn't need to be spectacular: it needs to be accurate, structured and verifiable. References, skills, resources: rigour online reflects the rigour of your studies.

Structured like a calculation noteClear, ordered, no padding.
  2. 02
    Verifiable referencesProject types, assignments, clients.

We can hear you from here.

Your questions as an engineering consultancy

That is the goal: a clean public reference database makes your technical submissions more credible, and the people assessing them consult it while analysing bids. Each published job becomes reusable proof.

Yes. A tool designed for your consultancy can, for example, track hours spent per job and per assignment, prepare invoicing as assignments progress and centralise drawings, calculation notes and versions in one place. The scope is decided with you at the scoping session.

An engineering consultancy website costs at least €1,490 for a redesign or €2,490 for a new build. The difference comes down to your reference database: how many jobs to publish, and which filters to offer, by project type, assignment or client. The price is fixed as soon as it is announced.

Yes. We start from your current files: ongoing jobs and the useful history can be imported. The tool can then export invoices to your accounting software, so nothing is entered twice.

Yes: each reference follows a structured template, with project type, assignment, value and photos. Anyone on the team can publish a new job without going through us, training included.

Yes. A tender request received on the website can go straight into the tool, your references can be drawn from completed jobs, and a client area can give access to the documents in a file. A website that brings in enquiries, a tool that handles them.
