Our prices are stated before we start, and you judge on evidence before committing: a trial mockup at 390 € for a site, scoping at 490 € for software, both deducted from the project. We start nothing until that calculation looks obvious to you.

The right time is before you are overwhelmed, not during. A site is delivered in 14 days. For software, the schedule is fixed in writing at the scoping stage. In both cases, we take on the bulk of the work. And if you are in a busy period, we set the start date with you rather than rushing you.

If your site brings in enquiries regularly and your tools keep up, keep them. If your team juggles spreadsheets, emails and paper, or if you no longer dare show your site, it is costing you quietly. The first call exists to tell you honestly whether it is better to keep, improve or rebuild. We do sometimes advise a simple tweak rather than a full project.

At the start, yes. Then you pay a per-user subscription that climbs with your team, for a tool that imposes its own way of working and of which you use only a fraction. Bespoke software does what you need, nothing more, and it belongs to you. It is the same logic as renting premises: renting costs less in the first month, rarely over ten years.

That is why everything is written down before we start: what we deliver, at what price, within what deadline. One point of contact, stages approved one by one, and 30 days of iterations included. Nothing gets coded before you approve it. You keep every document from the project, and nothing important is decided verbally.

We need one scoping call, a few approvals and your content. For software, we start from the way you work today: you show it to us, we turn it into a tool. You decide, we build. In practice, most of your time goes into the scoping, and the approvals after that are short.

You approve the mockups before any development, and you get 30 days of iterations included from the signing of the quote. We keep reworking until you approve, within the scope agreed together, with no revision charged. And if the art direction does not suit you, we start it again before writing a single line of code.

No. Your site and your software belong to you, code and data included. You are trained to run them, and another professional can take over if you decide so. The access, the hosting and the documentation are handed to you on delivery, with nothing held back.

You choose. We can handle everything, hosting, backups and updates, or hand you the keys so your usual provider takes care of it. Either way, the accounts are in your name from day one, and you can change your mind along the way.

That is accounted for. Bespoke software can be changed: you add a step, a field, a role, without rebuilding everything. Each change is quoted separately and you decide whether it is worth the cost. That is the difference with an off-the-shelf tool, where you wait for the vendor to have the same idea as you.

Often, yes. We start by looking at what is already there: what holds up, what deserves to be kept, what costs more to repair than to rebuild. That is exactly what the scoping is for, and sometimes it concludes that there is very little to throw away.
